Day 7

The show last night was totally cheesy - but great!! All your favourite songs - the ice cream one and the furniculee furnicular one - classics!!

It's lazy Sunday today - nothing planned so we took a stroll into the town and happened on a Sophia Loren exhibition - well why not this is Italy after all.

She's 82 now - they don't make them like that any more.

A couple of showers so we dived in to a cafe and stayed there for a few hours stretching out a bottle of vino bianco some hors d'ouvres and coffee. Some American tourists were on the next table (the chaps ordered large Jamesons to go with their lunch) and of course we asked them about Clinton and Trump - they all were of the same opinion - there's nothing to choose between them - immigration and the economy are the main problems - sound familiar?.........
